I know I've been neglecting the blog again (sorry about that!) but I am slowly getting my routine set with both kiddos and work. That's right - the Mama is back at work! I've cut my hours back a bit and am working in the afternoons and evenings, but I am so glad to be back. Even it's not a lot it makes me happy to feel like I am contributing to the family and keeping my skills sharp. I am able to get most of my work done when the kiddos are napping, but am also able to work at night if need be. I am so blessed that my job is flexible! Once Mikayla is a little bigger and they are on the same afternoon nap schedule it'll be even easier (I'm hoping), but right now I am still trying to adjust a bit. I am so used to working in the mornings all morning like I was before Mikayla. It is hard to adjust my day to realize everything I really need to get done needs to be accomplished before noon instead of after :)
Both of the kiddos are great. Mikayla is growing like a weed - she definitely doesn't even look like the same baby she did a few weeks ago. She is still trying really really hard to roll over (I am hoping this is not a sign of all the other things that she is going to do early) and is starting to coo and 'talk' during the longer periods she is awake. She has been only getting up once at night for the past few nights, and I am experiencing the longest periods of uninterrupted sleep (just over four hours!) that I've had since October. Noah and I have been spending a lot of time playing with things that are improving his motor skills. He can put all of the shapes in the correct hole on the ball Scott got him for Christmas (and I think he matches it up by color not by the shape. He actually turns the ball until he finds the right one instead of trying hold until he finds the right one) and we have been building block towers, too. He loves music (his current favorites are still the Black Eyed Peas "I Got A Feeling" (which he calls Woo Hoo which you will understand if you have ever heard it) and he also dances to Lady Gaga. Mama's not sure how she feels about this one) and watching for Daddy to come home every night.
Alright, I know it's not a lot of pictures, but I'm posting what I have. Hopefully I'll get a few more here soon!

Pictures, words - what fun! Thanks for the update! I can almost hear the laughter.
Upon further review - did Sarah have Noah put on the kerchief? I'm sure I have a picture just like that of Sarah -
