So this week is already looking like it's going to be a full one. Apparently it's doctor and lab week here at the Gatchel's. And somewhere in the midst of all that, I guess the house still needs to be picked up, Noah played with, the dog kept happy and all the rest of the stuff that needs to get done around here on a daily basis.
Today I ran up to the OB's office with the kiddo, picked up an order for additional bloodwork and then ran to the lab. Apparently they're now testing for Connective Tissue Disease. Who knows, I think the High Risk OB is grasping at straws, but what do I know. Plus I had to have labs drawn for the nephro, so we took care of two labs at one time. A good thing too since the lab changed it's policy and now has a $10 co-pay for every lab visit. Considering how often I'm there, I'm not exactly thrilled about that one...
On our way home we had to make a quick stop at the store for blueberries. Noah is obsessed with blueberries lately. I suppose there are worse foods that he could love. And I figured that since I was at the store, I could take care of my latest craving; radishes. But alas - no radishes! What kind of supermarket doesn't carry radishses??? I was heart broken, and I'm thinking that I might have to send Grant out in a bit to find me some radishes...
Major congrats to Arthur on his promotion! We were glad to see that Harris finally recognized how much hard work he puts in :)
Alright, Noah is literally climbing up the side of me right now, so I suppose I should go and play with him for a bit. Grant's making up answers to Jeopardy and who knows what Bella's gotten herself into. My baby is going to be 15 months tomorrow - can you believe it? Until tomorrow then; enjoy the pictures!

Just one more indication that our bodies often crave what it is that we need: Red Globes also offer a very good source of the trace mineral molybdenum and are a good
source of potassium and folic
acid. Go radishes!! Those doozers are not only hard workers, but health-smart, too!
