Parade and the Park!

In an effort to keep going with all the holiday festivities around here, Grant took Noah and Mikayla to a Christmas parade in Merritt Island this morning. Apparently they had a wonderful time (and Noah made out like a bandit with the candy! The Bath & Body Works bag he's holding in the pictures - no joke - half filled with candy when they got back) Grant said Noah was really good and was telling everyone "Merry Christmas!" at the parade. I think he's starting to get the idea :)

After they were at the parade they went and got some lunch and then took it to the park. In a stroke of great luck, there was a group of fire fighters there who posed with Noah for some pictures! (The kid was in awe!) Then lots of playing and swinging for my adorable twosome before coming home and avoiding naps ;-) We're off to downtown this evening for some candlelight shopping and caroling!

(Since I wasn't there, the pictures will have to speak for themselves. But I think it's pretty obvious they had a really good time....)
