Snowflakes and Countdowns

Today Noah and I made it snow in Florida! Okay, maybe not for real (I hear lots of you up north ushered in December with snow, though. Lucky you!) but we made snowflakes together. He seems to really like arts and crafts projects, so I'm trying to come up with things for him to try his hand at. I know he's not really big enough to use the scissors I got him, but he was so proud that "big boys use scissors" and that he actually got to try, I figured a boost to morale was worth letting him struggle with it for a big :)

I also made the kiddos a "Countdown to Christmas" calendar. Noah is going to put a sticker on it every night from now until Christmas so he can see how far away it is. We also put important events on there so he knows all the things that will be going on. So far, December is looking good...
