Like Father, Like Son

My two boys never fail to make me smile. They are two peas in a pod. Right now I'm sitting here watching them play together on the floor. Earlier they were both eating their toes... Don't believe me - check out the picture below. Last night when Noah was babbling he had da-da-da-da-da-da mixed in there, which definitely made me smile. Grant says it doesn't "count" but I think it does :-)

Noah and I spent the day cleaning the house, doing laundry and playing. He seems to be feeling much better and has been in a great mood for the majority of the day, especailly tonight as he's playing with his Daddy. He also figured out how to get the exer-saucer moving forward as well as backwards today!

Also have to brag up my husband tonight. Not only is he a fabulous dad, but he's doing great at work. The "higher ups" at work recognized all the hard work his team has been putting in and they got a small bonus as well as a framed certificate. He brought it home to show me today, as they got pizza for lunch to celebrate as well. We're getting closer to seeing an end to this project, which I will be thrilled about!

Shellie, Noah wanted me to let you know that he had bananas and oranges today and LOVED them. I thought they tasted pretty good, too... ;-)

Alright, off to enjoy my two boys and the puppy. Enjoy the pictures :-)

Cookie mess

But Mom, I want more cookie!

Think he got more on his face then in his mouth

Playing on his blanket (he was crying 2 seconds before, little ham!)

Yes, they were both sucking their toes

A fistful of Daddy

Toes!
